"I really enjoyed Mary's communication and presentation course as my skills in both public speaking and presenting have benefitted hugely from doing it. Doing the course with other teenagers creates a fun and safe environment where no one feels self conscious or embarrassed. The course taught me many things including  the importance of eye contact and body language when speaking to a group of people. I now feel a lot more comfortable delivering presentations and I am also more confident when speaking in front of my peers. I highly recommend Mary's course to all teenagers as it is a very enjoyable way to learning important skills that are needs for many aspects of life ''
